Niger Delta Youth Council Worldwide (designated as the umbrella body of all ethnic youth nationalities in the Niger Delta region) is a civil rights organization in Nigeria, founded to supports the interests of all ethnic groups in the Niger Delta region and to advocate for the development of the region. NDYC Worldwide is the mouthpiece of the people of the Niger Delta people especially the youth with a membership of 4.5 million youths spread across 22 ethnic nationalities in the region.

NDYC is made up of youth groups from the different ethnic groups in the Niger Delta region such as the Urhobo, Ijaw, Isoko, Bini, Esan, Itsekiri, Epie, Ogbia, Ogoni, Afemai, Efik, Annang, Eket, Oron, Ibibio, Ogoja, Ejagham, Ikwerre, Ukwuani, Ika, Aniocha, Ogba and Also with a secondary absorbance of With Some youth base Association from Abia State, Imo State and Ondo state.
