NDYC is a charity and non-profit organization that aims to unite, emancipate and uplift the youth of the Niger Delta with the following specific objectives;

1. To engage all youths-based organizations across ethnic nationalities to champion the cause of development in the Niger Delta.
2. To evolve community-based strategies for entrenching development in the Niger Delta.
3. To facilitate a bottom-up approach in ensuring good leadership and Governance in the region.
4. To facilitate a strategic plan for a mass base support for the government, IOC’S, and international community for the development of the region.
5. To facilitate participant’s commitment to harnessing the gains from the various empowerment training attracted to the region.
6. To identify the investment, empowerment, and employment generation opportunities in the institutions the government has located in the region.
7. To challenge our youths to look inward and explore their innate potentials and translate the same to productive ventures
8. To raise a youth vanguard for peacebuilding and cooperation with government and investors in the region.
